Service Description
Allow our team to assess your unit, or facility, policies and material to assure that it is child-loss sensitive to parents of terminal children. Our founder, along with a select team of child loss parents, will review your content and provide you with insight on material that may be offensive and make suggestions.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final, sessions are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may cancel and rescheduled. All rescheduling must occur 48 hours prior to scheduled class/power hour. In an effort to optimize our limited availability, we kindly ask that you communicate via our website only when requesting a cancellation. The lack of canceling and rescheduling prior to the 48 hour window will result in a non-refundable cancellation. Again, because of the limited availability for classes/sessions we ask that you be understanding of the booking policy and expectations.
